Job Description

Role Objective

The primary objective of the Senior HR Manager is to build and strengthen the workforce required to achieve **Mission One Million**—Shubh Labh Distributions' strategic initiative to build a network of **1 million customers**.

The Senior HR Manager will drive this mission by recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high\-performing **Marketing Team** and **Promoter Network**, ensuring the company has the manpower required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for rapid business expansion.
  • Manage campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
  • Create job descriptions and manage hiring through job portals and social media.
  • Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and salary negotiations.
  • Develop onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and manpower plans.
  • Mentor and supervise HR Executives and Recruiters.

Qualifications

  • MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience

  • 5–10 years of HR experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Sales organizations is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
  • Performance management and employee relations
  • HRMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment

Salary

  • *₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum** (Negotiable based on experience)
