We are looking for a dynamic and results\-oriented **Senior HR Recruiter** with strong experience in **non\-technical recruitment**. Candidates with prior experience working in a **recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or placement agency** will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end\-to\-end recruitment and successfully closing positions across various business functions.
*Key Responsibilities**
Handle full\-cycle recruitment for non\-technical positions including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Administration, Finance, HR, and other corporate roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding coordination.
