Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to help us find, screen, and hire suitable candidates for different job roles. The role involves handling end\-to\-end recruitment activities and supporting the HR team in daily hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities1\. Recruitment \& Hiring
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Search and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and basic interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2\. Candidate Coordination
- Communicate with candidates about interview schedules and updates.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience.
3\. Interview Process Support
- Coordinate interview rounds with different departments.
- Collect feedback from interviewers.
- Support in final selection and offer process.
4\. Documentation \& Database
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment database.
- Update job applications and interview status regularly.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports.
5\. HR Support Activities
- Assist in onboarding of new employees.
- Help in basic HR administrative tasks when required.
- Support team in day\-to\-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple openings and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
