Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Senior HR Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills, along with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Understand job requirements and hiring priorities in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding, job postings, employee referrals, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including time\-to\-hire, offer\-to\-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Experience hiring for technical and non\-technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and recruitment trackers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, startup, or product\-based company.
• Experience hiring for engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership positions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
