We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **HR Recruiter** with **3–5 years** of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment, sourcing high\-quality IT talent, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and hands\-on experience working with multiple job portals and recruitment tools.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for **IT and technical positions**.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and databases.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct HR screening rounds and assess candidates on communication, cultural fit, and role suitability.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.
