We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Senior HR Manager** to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, employee relations, and payroll management.
- Handle **end\-to\-end HR operations**, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Manage **joining formalities, attendance, and leave records**.
- Oversee **payroll processing**, employee benefits, and salary administration.
- Conduct **performance management** and employee appraisal processes.
- Ensure **statutory and legal compliance** (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain **HR documentation and reports**.
- Handle **employee grievance management** and disciplinary procedures.
- Plan and execute **employee engagement** and retention activities.
- Support management in **policy formulation, workforce planning, and HR audits**.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- *Requirements \& Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Human Resource Management** or related field.
- Minimum **10 years of proven experience** in HR, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of **labour laws and statutory compliance**.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in **MS Office and HR software tools**.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic practices and philosophy is desirable, but not mandatory
