We are currently seeking an experienced, commercially aware, and highly proactive HR Manager to support the continued growth and operational development of our organisation.
This is a senior\-level position requiring a confident and capable individual who can lead recruitment, strengthen internal performance management, improve accountability across departments, and help establish a high\-performing professional culture throughout the business.
The role will involve working closely with management teams, including communication with sales and operational teams based in both the United Kingdom and Dubai. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are therefore essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple departments and business functions
- Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high\-calibre candidates from relevant industries and competing organisations
- Develop structured hiring pipelines, interview frameworks, onboarding procedures, and employee induction processes
- Implement KPIs, SOPs, employee performance frameworks, and operational accountability systems
- Conduct employee reviews, counselling sessions, performance improvement discussions, and disciplinary procedures where required
- Oversee HR administration including attendance management, leave processes, probation reviews, documentation, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, payroll coordination, labour law requirements, and internal HR policies
- Work closely with leadership teams to improve organisational structure, productivity, communication, and workplace standards
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, training programmes, and professional development strategies
- Maintain a professional, performance\-driven, and well\-structured working environment across all departments
Required Skills \& Experience
- Proven experience within a senior HR, recruitment, or people management role
- Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee performance management
- Excellent understanding of PF, ESI, labour law compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operational procedures
- Experience implementing KPIs, performance monitoring systems, and internal operational processes
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with UK and Dubai\-based teams
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, counselling, and conflict\-resolution abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience within IT, software, digital marketing, agency, hospitality, or service\-based businesses would be advantageous
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
