Senior IT Executive

• **IT Day\-to\-Day Handling**
• Managing daily IT operations and user support.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, network, and system\-related issues.
• Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
• User account management, password resets, and system access support.
• Monitoring IT assets and ensuring smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
• Coordination with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• **Firewall Configuration Knowledge**
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of firewall configuration and management.
• Understanding of network security concepts, VPN configuration, port management, and access control policies.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot firewall\-related connectivity issues.
• Experience with firewall devices such as Fortinet, Sophos \& SonicWall
• **Microsoft Intune \& Microsoft 365 Knowledge**
• Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of device enrolment, compliance policies, application deployment, and security policies.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration including user management, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and licensing.
• Ability to manage email configurations, security settings, and user access controls.
• **Excel Knowledge (MIS \& Reporting)**
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Capability to maintain and present IT\-related reports and records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant experience in IT support and infrastructure handling (Specially Microsoft Intune \& 365\).

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
