Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end\-to\-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end IT recruitment process for technical and leadership hiring
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring expectations
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
• Manage candidate engagement, follow\-ups, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
• Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, technologies, and market insights

**Requirements**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong expertise in IT recruitment and stakeholder management
• Ability to handle multiple technical positions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
• Target\-oriented and proactive approach

**Qualification**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

**Experience**

• 10\+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Experience handling technical and leadership hiring is preferred

• 5 days working

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
