The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end\-to\-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
Handle end\-to\-end IT recruitment process for technical and leadership hiring
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring expectations
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
Manage candidate engagement, follow\-ups, and offer negotiations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, technologies, and market insights
**Requirements**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong expertise in IT recruitment and stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple technical positions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools
Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
Target\-oriented and proactive approach
**Qualification**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
**Experience**
10\+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
Experience handling technical and leadership hiring is preferred
