Recruiter\- Analyst \& Specialist

Experience 1–6 Years

We are looking for aggressive, speed\-oriented IT Recruiters who understand the nuances of contract and C2H (Contract\-to\-Hire) staffing for IT Services companies. You will be dealing with standard to complex tech stacks, managing strict SLAs, and driving quick Turnaround Times (TAT).

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment life cycle for niche and vanilla IT skills.
• Handle rate/salary negotiations, margin calculations, and offer drops (post\-offer engagement).
• Act as SPOC for specific IT Services accounts, understanding their project needs and interview panels.
