1\. Team Leadership \& Development (50%) – Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives. – Optimize team performance to exceed sales targets. – Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies. – Foster a high\-velocity sales environment.
2\. Sales Strategy \& Execution (30%) – Manage and expand US/Americas sales pipelines. – Align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. – Execute data\-driven decision\-making processes.
