Senior Manager - Electrical Maintenance

• *Qualification:**

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering (EEE)

• *Experience:**

• 12–18 Years in Automotive Manufacturing

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead electrical maintenance activities for plant operations.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, CNC, and automation systems.
• Drive TPM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance planning, manpower, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve equipment reliability.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of PLC, VFD, CNC \& industrial automation.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and utility management.
• Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
