Senior Manager for Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of day\-to\-day operations, team management, client delivery, and process implementation to ensure smooth execution across the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

• Lead and manage designers, video editors, team leaders, content creators, and ads managers.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reviews.
• Monitor employee productivity and accountability.
• Resolve internal team issues and improve collaboration.

Operations Management

• Create and implement SOPs and workflows.
• Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.
• Track project status across departments.
• Build systems to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions.

Client Management

• Ensure excellent client experience and retention.
• Attend client meetings when required.
• Handle escalations and critical issues.
• Ensure client commitments are fulfilled.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor KPIs for all departments.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track client retention, delivery timelines, and team productivity.
• Prepare management reports for leadership.

Process Improvement

• Implement tools and systems to streamline operations.
• Improve communication between departments.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Team Management, Project Management, or Agency Management.
• Experience managing teams of 5\+ employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
