Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Senior Manager – HR** to lead and manage the organization's human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management systems, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Experience in **manufacturing, trading, retail, or FMCG environments** will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment activities across various functions and levels.
- Drive high\-volume and fast\-paced recruitment initiatives to support business growth.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
Performance Management
- Design, implement, and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor and improve organizational productivity through performance\-driven practices.
HR Operations \& Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll administration.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Policy Development \& HR Strategy
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Generate HR MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision\-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Prior experience in **Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or FMCG sectors** preferred.
- Proven expertise in **fast\-paced recruitment environments** and manpower scaling.
- Strong knowledge of **Performance Management Systems (PMS)** and employee development frameworks.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
