- *Senior HR Operations Manager**
mPokket is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Operations Manager to lead end\-to\-end employee lifecycle operations while driving HR technology excellence across the organization. This role will oversee HR operations processes, manage a team of HR professionals, ensure operational efficiency and compliance, and own the HR technology ecosystem including HRIS, workflows, integrations, automation, reporting, and digital employee experience initiatives.

- *HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Lead and manage end\-to\-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, employee records management, transfers, promotions, leave and attendance coordination, policy administration, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all HR operational processes, documentation, and employee support activities.
- Establish and continuously improve HR SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audit requirements, and internal governance policies.
- Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and Business HR teams to ensure seamless employee operations and support.
- *HR Technology \& Digital Transformation**
- Own and manage the organization’s HR technology platforms including HRIS/HCM systems.
- Act as the primary business owner for HR systems configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Lead implementation and optimization of HR tools, workflows, self\-service capabilities, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting capabilities to support workforce insights and decision\-making.
- Manage system governance including user access, data quality, compliance controls, and documentation standards.
- Evaluate emerging HR technology solutions and recommend digital transformation initiatives**.**
- *Team Leadership \& Stakeholder Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team to ensure high performance and employee\-centric service delivery.
- Define team KPIs, monitor productivity, and drive continuous capability development.
- Serve as the key escalation point for complex employee operations and HR systems\-related issues.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and cross\-functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Foster a culture of responsiveness, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

- *Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 10–15\+ years of experience in HR Operations and HR Shared Services environments.
- Strong experience managing HRIS/HCM platforms and HR technology ecosystems.
- Proven expertise managing employee lifecycle operations at scale.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, operational governance, labor laws, and policy administration.
- Experience leading HR transformation, automation, digitization, or process optimization initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Strong people leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in fast\-paced and rapidly evolving business environments.
