We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead strategic and operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning \& development, compensation \& benefits, and statutory compliance. The role will partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce growth.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention initiatives.
Manage performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and business stakeholders.
*Qualifications:**
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
7\+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibility.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and talent management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
