We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Engineering** to help achieve this mission.
The Senior Manager, Engineering plans and directs all aspects of development activities within their teams ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Works closely with R\&D Leadership, Product Management and the Security Services (S2\) to ensure their teams are building what our customers and users need in a timely fashion. Senior Managers have a large scope of leadership and can have multiple managers and/or leads reporting to them. Senior Managers can also have specialized subject matter expertise within the technical areas their teams work in.
This role is based in Bangalore, India, leading a team of up to 10–12 engineers, reporting directly to a Director of Engineering, and working closely with teams in North America (USA and Canada). A strong focus on quality and efficiency is required, aligned with Arctic Wolf’s commitment to engineering excellence.
