We are seeking a proactive Senior Manager to lead cafe operations and franchise development. The role combines on\-ground execution with business growth, ensuring smooth outlet operations while driving franchise expansion and coordinating supply with the brand.
*Key Responsibilities**
*Cafe Operations**
Manage daily operations across outlets
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and customer experience
Track sales, control costs, and improve store profitability
Train and supervise store teams as per SOPs
*Franchise Sales \& Development**
Generate and manage franchise leads through local outreach and networking
Conduct meetings, presentations, and assist in deal closures
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise partners
*Supply \& Coordination**
Coordinate with brand/franchisor for inventory and stock supply
Ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock levels across outlets
*Compliance \& Audits**
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, pricing, and menu standards
Conduct regular outlet audits and implement improvements
*Requirements**
3–6 years of experience in F\&B, QSR, cafe chains, or franchise operations
Exposure to both operations and sales/franchise development
Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and travel locally
