We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand scalability.
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate must have strong hands\-on experience in B2C eCommerce marketing and a proven track record of driving profitable growth through data\-driven advertising strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through paid media campaigns.
- Manage and scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and business objectives.
Campaign Management

- Monitor campaign performance and implement data\-driven optimizations.
Audience \& Funnel Optimization
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels to improve overall campaign performance.
Creative \& Content Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high\-converting ad creatives, copy, and landing page recommendations.
- Lead creative testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics \& Tracking
- Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and UTM tracking.
- Ensure accurate attribution and reporting across all marketing channels.
Reporting \& Business Insights
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Recommend growth opportunities based on campaign data and market trends.
Team Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors when required.
- Drive a performance\-focused culture through continuous testing, learning, and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Mandatory hands\-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience in B2C eCommerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
