We are looking for a production\-seasoned **Flutter Developer** to own the frontend execution of our multi\-tenant mobile health applications. In this role, you will implement technically demanding healthcare designs, handle sensitive biometric time\-series data, and manage our continuous production deployment streams directly to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This position is built for an engineer who treats mobile development as a strict software discipline. You will build offline\-first architectures, coordinate schema\-driven data ingestion, and ensure the highest standards of client\-side data protection mandated by global health\-tech regulations.
- **Mobile Engineering Architecture:** Architect and scale cross\-platform iOS and Android healthcare applications using the Flutter SDK, maintaining clear state management and predictable design patterns (Bloc / Provider).
- **App Store \& Play Store Release Pipelines:** Own the end\-to\-end mobile deployment lifecycle, including configuring App Store Connect and Google Play Console, managing provisioning profiles and signing certificates, setting up internal test tracks (TestFlight), and coordinating staged production releases.
- **Biometric Telemetry Integration:** Interface natively with device hardware health layers, bridging custom platform channels for background telemetry synchronization and sensor permissions (specifically **Apple HealthKit** and **Google Health Connect**).
- **Encrypted Offline\-First Ingestion:** Implement an offline\-resilient data caching and sync framework using encrypted on\-device databases **(SQLite / SQLCipher)** to safeguard biometric logs during connectivity dropouts.
- **Dynamic UI \& Physiological Visualizations:** Develop high\-performance, interactive vector graphic views (such as data\-responsive 2D anatomical body maps) optimized to stream healthcare insights smoothly without rendering jank.
- **Healthcare Contract Compliance:** Integrate cleanly with Go/Python backend services and aggregation layers via script\-based code\-generation tools (shared/codegen), preventing contract drift across backend schemas and mobile Dart structures.
- **Strict Health Data Security:** Enforce rigorous client\-side data classification defenses, utilizing native SSL Certificate Pinning, secure runtime memory handling, and encryption\-at\-rest keys bound to the iOS Keychain and Android Keystore.
- **High\-Volume Layout Performance:** Implement cursor\-based pagination mechanisms over extensive time\-series health sets and configure skeleton loaders to handle cross\-region streaming payloads gracefully.
- *Required Technical Skills \& Experience**
- **Experience:** 3\+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping, updating, and maintaining live Flutter apps on both iOS and Android stores.
- **Production Deployment Mastery:** Expert\-level knowledge of App Store and Google Play review guidelines (specifically surrounding health data declarations), push notifications (APNs/FCM), and localized store assets.
- **Local Databases \& Sync Cursors:** Deep knowledge of on\-device embedded databases, data structure mapping, sync cursors, and local encryption tools (SQLCipher).
- **Native Platform Interoperability:** Competence in writing or adjusting Flutter Platform Channels to bind directly with native iOS (Swift/Objective\-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) health APIs.
- **Network \& Session Optimization:** Mastery of asynchronous programming, network interceptors (Dio/Http), server\-sent streaming architectures, and automated token lifecycle handling (JWT access/refresh token rotation).
- **CI/CD Automation:** Prior experience scripting mobile compilation gates via continuous integration tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane) to auto\-publish builds straight to store tracks.
