• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using **Node.js**.
• Build and deploy cloud\-native applications on **Microsoft Azure**.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement serverless solutions using **Azure Functions**.
• Develop and maintain applications hosted on **Azure App Services** and **Azure Web Apps**.
• Integrate applications using **Azure Service Bus** for asynchronous messaging.
• Work with **Azure Storage** (Blob Storage, Table Storage, Queue Storage) and Azure database services.
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including UI developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Proven experience developing enterprise\-grade applications using **Node.js** and **Microsoft Azure**.
• Strong cloud development and backend engineering expertise.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **Node.js** (7\+ years preferred).
• Experience building **REST APIs** and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript**.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event\-driven architecture.

• *Microsoft Azure**

• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
• Experience with Git\-based source control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of **SOLID Principles**.
• Knowledge of common **Design Patterns**.

• Experience using **GitHub Copilot** or AI\-assisted development tools.
• Exposure to **Power BI**.
• Exposure to **Microsoft Power Apps** and **Power Automate**.
• Experience with **SAP HIP middleware**.
• Basic knowledge of **Azure DevOps**.
• Experience with **Docker** and containerization.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and monitoring.

• *Education**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ\-900, AZ\-204, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
