Senior Oil & Gas Recruiter

Job Summary

looking for an experienced Senior Oil \& Gas Recruiter with strong exposure to overseas recruitment, particularly for GCC countries.

The candidate must have experience in recruiting technical and non\-technical manpower for Oil \& Gas, EPC, Construction, Maintenance and Shutdown projects.

We particularly value candidates who have established networks with manpower suppliers, sourcing agents and sub\-agents across India and can independently manage bulk recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• *End\-to\-End Recruitment**

• Handle complete recruitment cycles for overseas manpower requirements.
• Recruit skilled, semi\-skilled and unskilled candidates for Oil \& Gas, EPC, Construction and industrial projects.
• Handle bulk requirements for shutdown and long\-term projects.
• Source candidates for positions such as:
• Mechanical and Piping Fitters
• Fabricators and Welders
• Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators
• Rigging and Scaffolding Personnel
• Civil Labour and Construction Workers
• Hydrotesting Technicians and Foremen
• Supervisors, Foremen and Engineers
• Electrical and Instrumentation Personnel
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, project background and client requirements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interviews with clients.

• *Agent \& Sub\-Agent Network Development**

• Develop and maintain relationships with manpower sourcing agents and sub\-agents across different Indian states.
• Identify new sourcing channels for difficult\-to\-fill blue\-collar requirements.
• Build a reliable database of trade\-wise and location\-wise sourcing partners.
• Coordinate with agents for candidate sourcing, availability, screening and interview attendance.
• Maintain agent performance records and sourcing effectiveness.

• *Client Recruitment Delivery**

• Understand client requirements, JDs, trade specifications and project expectations.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely CV submissions.
• Ensure candidate quality and minimise irrelevant CV submissions.
• Follow up on shortlisted candidates, interview results and selection status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular delivery updates.
• Ensure recruitment targets and agreed turnaround times are achieved.

• *Recruitment Operations**

• Maintain a strong database of previously interviewed, selected and available candidates.
• Coordinate with the mobilisation team for selected candidates.
• Identify sourcing challenges and suggest alternative recruitment strategies.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving bulk hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in overseas recruitment, preferably Oil \& Gas or EPC recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of GCC manpower requirements and technical trades.
• Established network of sourcing agents and sub\-agents across India.
• Experience in bulk recruitment and shutdown projects.
• Strong understanding of technical CV screening.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle multiple client requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
• Previous exposure to Oil \& Gas companies, EPC contractors and industrial shutdown projects.
• Experience in a manpower consultancy or overseas recruitment agency.

• Number of relevant CVs submitted.
• Interview attendance and selection ratios.
• Successful candidate mobilisation.
• Requirement turnaround time.
• Agent network development and sourcing effectiveness.
• Quality and retention of selected candidates.

• *Key Expectation:** Independently manage recruitment delivery, build sourcing networks and ensure successful fulfilment of overseas manpower requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
