• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day operations and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational controls.
• Manage client relationships, program implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor operations teams.
• Handle operational reporting, metrics tracking, and issue resolution.

• *Mandatory Skills:**

• Banking / FinTech domain experience
• Operations Management and Process Improvement
• MS Excel and Operational Reporting
• Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Fluent English and Professional Email Etiquette

Programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,700,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
