*Key Responsibilities**

*Planning and Development**

Lead process planning for new plastic components from concept to production.
Prepare and track tooling \& process development plans in coordination with toolmakers and vendors.
Ensure timely execution of trials, validations, and product launch as per project timelines.

*Manufacturing \& Process Excellence**

Develop and optimize moulding process parameters (Injection/Blow/Other moulding).
Conduct Mold trials, analyse results, and establish standard processing conditions.
Identify and resolve process\-related defects (sink marks, warpage, flash, short shot, etc.).
Coordinate with plant teams for new Mold trials, pilot runs, and production ramp\-up.
Maintain and share process sheets and trial reports for standardization.

*Mold \& Tooling Support**

Provide inputs for Mold design improvements and corrections based on trial feedback.
Work closely with toolmakers for tool modifications, debugging, and optimization.
Participate in Tool Design Reviews to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Monitor Mold performance and suggest preventive and corrective actions.

*Cross\-Functional Coordination**

Collaborate with Design, Tooling, Production, QA, and Vendors.
Provide technical support to moulding operators and production teams.
Coordinate with external vendors for tool trials and improvements.

*Competencies/skills**

Working knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo / UG NX)
Basic understanding of 2D drawings \& GD\&T

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
