Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead and manage electrical projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project execution experience, team management skills, and the ability to deliver projects within the scheduled timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initial planning to final completion.
• Handle HT/LT electrical works, substations, transformers, electrical panels, cabling, and installations.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and overall execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Identify project risks and resolve technical and execution\-related issues.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and other project team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review project performance.
• Submit project progress reports and updates to Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical project execution and management.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical \& Electronics Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and installations.
• Proven experience handling large\-scale electrical projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure electrical projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
