Senior QC Engineer

• Lead in\-process, incoming, and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Review and approve inspection reports, quality records, and test documentation.
• Monitor production processes, analyze quality trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper utilization of measuring instruments and quality testing equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Design teams to resolve quality\-related issues.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Train and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
