Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• *Automation Architect – AI\-Native Quality Engineering**

• *Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Automation Architect** to lead the design and evolution of our next\-generation **AI\-native Quality Engineering (QE) automation ecosystem** . This role will be responsible for building scalable, intelligent, and future\-ready automation solutions across **Web, Mobile, API, and Contract Testing** , while leveraging **Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Agentic AI architectures** to transform end\-to\-end quality engineering.

The ideal candidate will define the technical vision, architecture strategy, frameworks, standards, and reusable solutions using technologies such as **Playwright, AI Agentic Frameworks, Contract Testing, API Automation, and Mobile Automation** . This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to convert complex quality engineering challenges into scalable enterprise solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define the architecture and technical roadmap for an **AI\-native end\-to\-end automation platform** .
• Design and build scalable **Playwright\-based web automation frameworks** and reusable automation components.
• Architect and implement **AI Agentic Automation Frameworks** capable of planning, generating, executing, analyzing, and optimizing test scenarios.
• Design and implement **Contract Testing frameworks** for modern API and microservices architectures.
• Define automation architecture spanning **Web, Mobile, API, UI, Backend Services, and Enterprise Platforms** .
• Leverage **Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Intelligent Automation** to improve QE productivity, efficiency, and coverage.
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, libraries, and enterprise reference architectures.
• Develop AI\-powered solutions for:
• Automated test generation
• Self\-healing automation
• Test maintenance
• Defect intelligence and root\-cause analysis
• Intelligent test data generation
• Autonomous test execution and optimization
• Establish automation engineering standards, best practices, design patterns, governance, and coding guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and continuously modernize the QE automation technology stack.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and QE leadership teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects while providing technical leadership across automation initiatives.
• Drive innovations, proof\-of\-concepts, and convert successful ideas into production\-ready enterprise solutions.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• Strong experience in **Automation Architecture and Quality Engineering** .
• Hands\-on expertise with **Playwright** and modern web automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with **API Automation and Contract Testing** .
• Experience designing and implementing **Mobile Automation Frameworks** .
• Strong programming skills in **TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python** , or similar languages.
• Experience with **AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI architectures** .
• Deep understanding of **CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, APIs, Microservices, and Modern Software Architectures** .
• Proven track record in designing and scaling enterprise automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automation design patterns, framework engineering, test strategy, and quality engineering practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem\-solving, and architectural decision\-making skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience building **AI\-native or AI\-assisted Quality Engineering platforms** .
• Expertise in **Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns** .
• Experience integrating **LLMs and AI Agents** with enterprise applications and automation ecosystems.
• Knowledge of **observability, intelligent test analytics, self\-healing automation, and autonomous testing** .
• Experience driving enterprise\-wide automation transformation and technology standardization programs.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering trends and next\-generation testing strategies.
