Hiring – Logistics cum Accounts Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
We are looking for an experienced candidate for handling Local \& Export Shipment Coordination along with documentation and accounts coordination activities.
3\-4 Years
Engineering / Heavy Fabrication / Manufacturing / Export Industry

1\) Local Shipment
1\. Take measurements of jobs/materials and float enquiries to 3–4 local transporters.
2\. Follow\-up with drivers at loading and unloading points.
3\. Prepare Invoice, Delivery Challan, and E\-Way Bill.
4\. Courier original invoice copies to clients.
5\. Check and verify transporter invoices/bills.

2\) Export Shipment
1\. Take measurements of jobs/materials and float enquiries to transporters and freight forwarders.
2\. Follow\-up with freight forwarders and transporters.
3\. Prepare Export Invoice, Packing List, E\-Way Bill, BL, COO, and shipping documents.
4\. Send all shipping documents to clients for approval.
5\. Checklist approval for final shipping bill.
6\. Courier original shipping documents to clients.
7\. Handle Advance License work (Import \& Export) – Opening \& Closing.
8\. Generate BRC from DGFT portal.
9\. Verify and approve import shipping documents.
10\. Coordinate with CHA and transporters for final dispatch.
11\. Check and verify transporter and freight forwarder invoices/bills.

Full Time
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
