**Deal Sourcing \& Closing:** Drive sales and leasing for premium commercial offices, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
**Client Advisory:** Partner with corporate and High\-Net\-Worth Individual (HNI) clients to understand their needs and propose ideal real estate solutions.
**Field Operations:** Lead property site inspections, conduct client meetings, and navigate transaction closures across Mumbai.
**Network Expansion:** Establish strong, lasting relationships with property owners, developers, and local brokers while maintaining accurate data on our CRM.

Requirements

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
**Education:** Open to both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates.
**Skills:** Solid verbal and written communication skills.
**Mandatory:** Must own a two\-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid Indian Driver's License.
**Mobility:** Complete willingness to travel across various Mumbai locations for site visits and client meetings.
