Senior Sales/Asst. Sales Manager

As the Assistant Sales Manager for Metal Working Machines, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CNC Press Brakes, Shears, Turret Punch Presses, and related products to a wide range of customers in the manufacturing and fabrication industry. Your technical knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional customer relationship skills will be instrumental in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Sales and Business Development: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

2\. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our metal working machines, including CNC Press Brakes, Shears, Turret Punch Presses, and their applications. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients.

3\. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that align with their business objectives.

4\. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Gather accurate information for preparing competitive quotations and proposals for clients, addressing their specific requirements and ensuring timely follow\-up.

5\. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.

6\. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of projects, orders, and customer support.

7\. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager/ MD.

Job Types: Permanent, Full\-time

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
