The Senior Sales Consultant is the revenue engine of our organisation. You will own the conversion of qualified leads from first site visit through negotiation to booking. You are expected to deeply understand our inventory, competitive landscape, and buyer psychology to close deals effectively while building lasting client trust and as per your performance you will be also eligible for the sales incentive which starts from 30k\-1L\+.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Receive qualified leads from the Pre Sales team and own the journey from site visit to booking.
Conduct professional, consultative site visits that focus on the buyer's needs and not just the product.
Present pricing, payment plans, and project USPs in a compelling and transparent manner.
Negotiate effectively within company\-defined boundaries to close deals.
Maintain follow\-up discipline on all visited leads with structured call and WhatsApp cadences.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams to ensure smooth booking documentation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (unit bookings and booking value)
Keep CRM updated with daily activity inclusive of calls, site visits, follow\-ups and deal stages.
Participate in channel partner (CP) management and broker engagement when required.
Mentor Pre Sales Executives on product knowledge and conversion techniques
