Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the B2B domain to support pipeline generation and business growth. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating appointments, and creating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and research potential B2B clients through multiple sourcing channels.
· Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms.
· Generate and nurture qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive/Sales team.
· Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
· Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
· Achieve monthly targets related to appointment generation, and pipeline contribution.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
· Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or sales development.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hands\-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
· Ability to work in a target\-driven, fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach campaigns.
· Exposure to international markets (US/UK) preferred.
