The Individual will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, which includes showing properties to potential buyers and sellers, negotiating sales agreements, and managing client relationships. They will apply market knowledge to advise clients and help them make informed decisions. Additionally, they will prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
· Attending sales meetings and achieving revenue figures as decided by company leadership team.
· Liaising between customers and the company for up\-to\-date status of service, pricing and new project launches.
· Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
· Making Site visits as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring proper briefing is provided to them for e.g. (about specifications/amenities) etc.
· Report on sales activities to senior management.
· Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
· Collecting customer feedback and market research
· Ideally Should have a 2\-Wheeler and a Driving License
· As per Industry Standards and also based on the interview taken.
