Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls and customer interactions
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers
- Explain project details and property offerings to prospective customers
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good customer handling and follow\-up skills
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding
