- *Role Overview: Senior Executive – Growth \& Business Development**
As a **Senior Executive – Growth \& Business Development**, you will own revenue\-driven initiatives and play a critical role in scaling TickIT’s market presence. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership, focused on **enterprise SaaS selling, pipeline creation, and deal closures**.
You will work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to convert high\-intent businesses into long\-term customers.
- *1\. Pipeline Generation \& Market Expansion**
- Identify and target high\-potential SMB and mid\-market businesses
- Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound sales pipeline
- Drive adoption of TickIT across priority industries
- *2\. SaaS Product Pitching \& Demos**
- Present TickIT as a modern, AI\-driven alternative to legacy tools
- Conduct product walkthroughs and demos for decision\-makers
- Clearly communicate ROI, automation benefits, and business impact
- *3\. Consultative \& Solution Selling**
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and growth challenges
- Position TickIT modules (CRM, CPQ, Billing, AI insights) as tailored solutions
- Support negotiation and closure of subscription\-based deals
- *4\. Revenue Ownership \& Forecasting**
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and deal stages in CRM
- Ensure disciplined follow\-ups and closure timelines
- *5\. Partnerships \& Channel Growth**
- Identify potential channel partners, consultants, and resellers
- Support onboarding and enablement of partners to scale reach
- *6\. GTM \& Market Feedback**
- Collaborate with marketing on pitch decks, use cases, and ICP definition
- Share customer insights with product teams to refine features and pricing
- 3–6 years of experience in **B2B SaaS / technology sales or business development**
- Proven experience in closing mid\-ticket or high\-ticket SaaS deals
- Strong communication, objection\-handling, and negotiation skills
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales metrics, and structured pipelines
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and high ownership mindset
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, CPQ, or workflow automation tools
- Exposure to startup or scale\-up SaaS environments
- Familiarity with outbound sales, LinkedIn prospecting, or account\-based selling
