We Are Hiring
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and result\-oriented Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who excels at generating business opportunities, converting leads into clients, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing sales, business development, or related sales profiles and possess the ability to build long\-term client relationships while driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective communication and relationship\-building.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to promote company services.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow\-ups.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Meet deadlines and consistently contribute to company revenue goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business revenue.
Strong ability to convert leads into clients and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.
Strong understanding of client acquisition and business development processes.
Education qualification is flexible; skills, experience, and performance are valued more than degrees.
