Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate and follow up on leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, email, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Maintain sales data, customer records, and daily MIS reports.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings and coordinate with clients for order closure.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.Manage and support the sales team to achieve business targets.Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to management.Required Skills
- Experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART and TradeIndia lead handling.
- Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, email correspondence, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Ability to handle meetings and market visits independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Experience in Hydraulic Industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must own a 2\-wheeler or 4\-wheeler with a valid driving license.
