This is a full time on\-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients (leads will also be provided), building and maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting market research to understand customer needs.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and optimise strategies.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
Excellent client
relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive sales initiatives
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales so ware is advantageous
Goal\-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Previous experience in property rental or real estate is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
