As we scale our client portfolio, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Toppers Creation. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, present our service offerings, and close deals that align with both client needs and agency capabilities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new client leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of Toppers Creation’s service offerings including branding, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content production.
- Present tailored proposals and pitch decks to prospective clients, clearly communicating value and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to scope out client projects accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Represent Toppers Creation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform service development and competitive positioning.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.**
- 3–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a marketing agency, media, or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target\-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- A proactive, self\-motivated attitude with a passion for the creative industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to support sales arguments.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
