Job Description

Responsibilities

  • **Execute solar sales and business development activities in assigned territories as per defined targets and plans.** Identify and engage potential customers for rooftop and ground\-mounted solar power solutions.
  • **Generate leads through market research, cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.** Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow\-ups for closures. **Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust, retention, and repeat business.**
  • Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. **Prepare, present, and explain techno\-commercial proposals to prospective clients.** Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company guidelines.
  • **Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, finance) to ensure smooth project handover and execution.** Track sales activities, maintain customer data, and update sales records regularly.
  • **Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.** Stay updated on solar market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities.
  • Role Requirements: Education: Diploma/B.E/B.tech In Electrical Engineering Prefer Experiences: Minimum 2 Year of Experiences in Solar Sales or B2B Sales
