Job Description

  • *About KTPL**

Khodiyar Technovation Pvt. Ltd. (KTPL) is a Siemens Digital Industries Software channel and solution partner based in Ahmedabad, part of the 22\-year Khodiyar Group. We help Gujarat's manufacturers, pharma leaders, and infrastructure builders adopt PLM, MES, simulation, and industrial IoT through the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio \- now unified with Altair to span CAD, CAE, PLM, MES, and IIoT under one roof.

  • *The role**

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio across Gujarat's manufacturing, pharma, casting, and energy accounts. You'll inherit a live pipeline of active opportunities from day one and build net\-new alongside it, working closely with our solution architect to win technically complex deals.

  • *What you'll do**
  • Run enterprise deals end to end across a seven\-stage pipeline \- qualification to close with 6–12 month cycles and multi\-stakeholder buying groups (plant head, quality head, IT, CXO).
  • Take over and re\-forecast an existing book of live opportunities across pharma, manufacturing, casting, and energy.
  • Position the full Siemens Xcelerator stack — Teamcenter PLM, Opcenter MES/Quality, NX, Simcenter, Solid Edge, Insights Hub, and Altair — mapped to each account's operational priorities.
  • Partner with the solution architect on demos, POCs, and value engineering: you own commercial strategy and closing, they own solution design.
  • Develop the Ahmedabad pharma belt (Zydus, Torrent, Intas, Amneal) and discrete / process manufacturing accounts.
  • Represent KTPL alongside Siemens field counterparts and at industry events.
  • *What we're looking for**
  • 5–10 years of enterprise B2B software sales, ideally in PLM / CAD / CAE / MES / ERP or industrial automation.
  • Demonstrated record of closing complex, multi\-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Consultative selling style; credible in a technical room with engineering and operations buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree; an engineering or manufacturing background is a strong plus.
  • *Nice to have**
  • Existing relationships across Gujarat manufacturing or pharma.
  • Exposure to Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Autodesk, or SAP industrial portfolios.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality, or product lifecycle.
  • *First\-year success**
  • Quarter 1: inherited pipeline re\-forecast, first customer meetings taken, POCs scoped (ramp quota, guaranteed variable).
  • Quarter 2: net\-new pipeline built, quota ramps to 50%.
  • Quarter 3 onward: consistent closes against full quota with named\-account plans in motion.

Pay: ₹45,624\.51 \- ₹55,478\.85 per month
