Roles \& Responsibilities1\. Sales Strategy \& Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project\-wise and company sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
2\. Team Leadership \& Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team including sales managers, executives, and telecallers.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.
3\. Lead Management \& Conversion
- Oversee lead allocation from digital marketing, channel partners, walk\-ins, and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow\-ups, site visits, and conversion of qualified leads.
- Improve conversion ratios through effective sales processes and customer handling.
4\. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle key and high\-value clients and negotiate closures.
- Build long\-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address and resolve customer escalations professionally.
5\. Site Visit \& Sales Closure Oversight
- Monitor site visit quality and ensure proper presentation of projects.
- Support the sales team during negotiations and final deal closures.
- Ensure accurate communication of pricing, offers, and payment schedules.
6\. Channel Partner \& Broker Management
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and external sales associates.
- Organize CP meets, incentive plans, and performance reviews.
- Ensure CP compliance with company policies and brand standards.
7\. Revenue \& Budget Control
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and optimize sales costs.
- Monitor discounts, offers, and pricing approvals as per management guidelines.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and sales pipeline reports.
8\. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Provide sales inputs for marketing campaigns, creatives, and promotions.
- Ensure smooth coordination for documentation, booking, and handover processes.
9\. Reporting \& MIS
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track KPIs such as leads, site visits, bookings, conversions, and revenue.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
10\. Compliance \& Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and approval processes.
- Promote transparency and professionalism in all sales activities.
