Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through corporate networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
Drive sales for coworking spaces, private cabins, managed offices, and virtual office solutions.
Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, and consultants.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required.
4–8 years of experience in sales/business development.
Prior experience in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B services preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
