We are seeking a result\-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive secondary sales growth across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, retail market expansion, sales target achievement, market execution, and ensuring strong product availability across assigned territories. The role requires extensive market travel and strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu's distribution network.
- Drive secondary sales through distributors and retail channels across assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage distributor performance, stock availability, ROI, and sales growth.
- Expand market coverage by appointing new retailers and strengthening distribution reach.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in all key outlets.
- Monitor retail execution, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Lead and supervise distributor sales representatives (DSRs) and field sales teams.
- Implement trade schemes, consumer promotions, and brand activation programs.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market intelligence updates.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Support new product launches and market development initiatives.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods sales with strong exposure to secondary sales.
- Proven experience in distributor handling, channel sales, and general trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu market and retail distribution network.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
