• *About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in on\-page, technical, and off\-page SEO. The role involves driving organic growth through website optimisation, technical audits, keyword strategy, backlink acquisition, and AI\-assisted SEO workflows while working closely with content and cross\-functional teams. Experience in e\-commerce, wellness, or healthcare\-focused brands will be an advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct on\-page optimisation including keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification.
• Inspect and fix AI\-assisted technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and site performance.
• Build and execute backlink acquisition strategies using AI\-supported outreach, competitor analysis, toxic backlink detection, and off\-page tracking systems.
• Work within a content\-and\-SEO POD to align keyword strategy with content output and ensure every piece of content is optimised for both traditional search and emerging AI\-driven search tools.
• Support implementation of scalable SEO systems including schema deployment, bulk metadata optimisation and automation workflows.
• Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlink profile growth, and AI search visibility trends through dashboards and reporting systems.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Search, AI search platforms, and automation tools to help future\-proof SEO strategies.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 5 or more years of hands\-on SEO experience, ideally within e\-commerce, healthcare, or wellness industries.
• Strong expertise across on\-page, technical, and off\-page SEO with proven results in organic growth.
• Experience using AI\-powered SEO tools and automation workflows for technical and Off\-page SEO, backlink analysis, reporting, and operational scaling.
• Proficiency in Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with AI tools, LLM workflows, SEO automations and basic familiarity with Python, Google AppScript, n8n, or similar automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in a pod or cross\-functional team structure with content, design, and development teams is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with pharmacy, healthcare, or wellness content and the YMYL considerations that come with it is a big plus.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
