Backdropsource is a global supplier of custom\-printed fabric displays, trade show booths, signage and related marketing products, in business since 2002\. We run Shopify storefronts across 12\+ country\-specific markets, and organic search is one of our biggest growth channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands\-on SEO growth leader to own organic growth across our international e\-commerce stores. You will be accountable for strategy, prioritization, execution and measurable traffic and revenue growth, not just rankings or reporting.

What You Will Do

• Own SEO end to end across multiple country stores, with a 6\-12 month growth strategy, a prioritized roadmap and a monthly execution plan.
• Build realistic organic traffic, conversion and revenue forecasts, track results month over month against targets, and adjust quickly when results are off track.
• Identify the 3\-5 highest\-impact opportunities at any time and focus the team on the initiatives that move qualified traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Lead e\-commerce SEO across site architecture, collection and product pages, internal linking, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals and other technical issues.
• Own international SEO across country stores: market\-level keyword opportunities, localization, hreflang and canonical strategy, and preventing cross\-store duplicate content.
• Set content strategy and priorities, and direct writers, analysts and other resources to create, improve and refresh content based on search intent and business impact.
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, Shopify Analytics and SEO platforms to understand what is working, why performance changed and what to do next.
• Own visibility in Google AI Overviews, AI search and AEO/GEO, and turn changes in search behavior into practical site and content actions.
• Work closely with content, development, design and business teams, remove bottlenecks and drive initiatives to completion quickly.

What We Are Looking For

• 5\-7\+ years of hands\-on SEO experience, including at least 2 years owning the channel as a Lead, Manager or senior individual contributor.
• Strong e\-commerce SEO experience. Shopify or Shopify Plus, and B2B or high\-consideration commerce experience, are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build an SEO strategy independently, turn it into an actionable roadmap and lead execution with a lean team.
• Strong command of technical SEO, content\-led SEO, international SEO, keyword and competitor research, and e\-commerce information architecture.
• Analytical and commercial mindset: you connect SEO work to traffic, conversions and revenue, not just visibility metrics.
• Hands\-on knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Shopify Analytics, Semrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Driven and outcome\-oriented, comfortable challenging priorities, moving fast and being held to measurable growth goals.
