• *About the Role:** We are seeking a results\-driven SEO Specialist with 13 years plus of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies and practices to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall website visibility.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead Generation Focus: Develop SEO strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, particularly in the B2B segment
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and identify opportunities to optimize existing content and uncover new areas for growth.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement in website performance.
• Optimize on\-page elements such as meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking to enhance site structure and relevance.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Manage off\-page SEO, including backlink strategies, outreach, and link\-building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.
• Provide SEO recommendations for website development, design, and site structure improvements.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.

• *Requirements:**

• **Experience:** Minimum 13 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
• **Technical Skills:** Expertise in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• **On\-Page \& Off\-Page SEO:** Strong experience with both on\-page optimization and off\-page link\-building strategies.
• **Content Optimization:** Familiarity with content creation processes and optimizing for SEO.
• **Technical SEO:** Knowledge of technical SEO, including website performance, page speed optimization, structured data, and crawling/indexing issues.
• **Keyword Research:** Ability to conduct in\-depth keyword research and apply findings to improve organic rankings.
• **Reporting \& Analysis:** Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports to monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross\-functional teams.
• **Up\-to\-Date Knowledge:** Understanding of current trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in international SEO, e\-commerce SEO, or local SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO.
