Job Summary: As a Senior Site Engineer at PDC Buildcon, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and on\-site personnel.
Manage and supervise all on\-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to provide guidance and direction to the construction team.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and other required paperwork in a timely manner.
Manage site budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost\-effective use of resources.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
Resolve any on\-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain project momentum.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in construction technology to continuously improve project outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in a site engineering role, with at least 4 years in a senior or supervisory position.
Proven track record of successfully managing large\-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid \[relevant certifications, e.g., PE, PMP, etc.] is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
