Happy Move Properties is seeking a dynamic, high\-energy, and experienced **Senior Site Manager** to lead our property site visits and client walkthroughs across Indore. In this role, you will be the face of our premium real estate portfolio, ensuring clients receive an exceptional, informative, and seamless experience when exploring potential properties.
This is a field\-heavy role requiring excellent local geographic knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong track record in real estate site management or sales coordination.
*Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Site Visits:** Conduct professional, detailed, and engaging property site walkthroughs for high\-intent buyers and investors.
**Client Relationship Management:** Address client queries on\-site regarding property specifications, legal layouts, amenities, and pricing structures with absolute clarity.
**Site Readiness:** Ensure all inventory sites are immaculately maintained, safe, and ready for client presentations at any given time.
**Team Coordination:** Coordinate seamlessly with the inside sales and digital marketing teams to align on daily/weekly visit schedules.
**Reporting:** Maintain accurate daily logs of site visits, client feedback, and conversion readiness to report directly to upper management.
